Bucci of Hemisphere brokers $860,000 sale of 23-unit apartment property

Andrea Bucci, the east region sales manager of Hemisphere Holdings Corp., brokered the $860,000 sale of the James-Midler Apartments. Located on 320 North Midler Ave., the 23-unit property was sold by Stan Zagin to an undisclosed buyer. The transaction was financed by Global Capital Mortgage. Hemisphere specializes in the brokerage of multifamily properties and mobile home parks.
