Fuller joins Greiner-Maltz as director of investment sales

Long Island City, NY According to Greiner-Maltz, Michael Fuller has joined the area's office as director of investment sales, specializing in investment properties in Brooklyn, Queens, and the metro area.
For the five years immediately prior to his employment at Greiner-Maltz, he worked as a senior appraiser at the Leitner Group of Manhattan. Past assignments included development sites, multi-family buildings, hotels, office buildings, industrial buildings and retail buildings. Prior to that, Fuller spent 18 years as an equity options trader/specialist on the floor of the American Stock exchange. Fuller's background in finance, as well as his vast experience in analyzing income producing properties will make him a valuable member of the Greiner-Maltz team.
Fuller holds a bachelor of science degree in Economics from Binghamton University, and has completed coursework towards a Masters in Urban Planning from the Wagner School of Public Service at NYU.
Since 1953 Greiner-Maltz has been engaged exclusively in the leasing, selling, appraising and managing of industrial and commercial property in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, and New Jersey. The firm has three offices which are actively managed by John and Richard Maltz in New York, William Greiner in Long Island, and Raymond Musalo in New Jersey.
