Michael Heaner of The Kaufman Org., represented the landlord of 260 West 39th St. in five leases totaling 15,550 s/f:
* Mackage, signed a seven-year lease for a 5,000 s/f showroom. Marc Kritzer of Millennium Realty Group represented the tenant.
* Bench USA signed a six-year lease for 3,000 s/f. Dennis Someck of George Comfort and Sons represented the tenant.
* Allan Raider LLC leased a 2,800 s/f showroom and office. Jonathon Anapol of Prime Manhattan represented the tenant.
* Berger & Stevens Associates, Inc. is expanding its showroom to 2,500 s/f. Heaner represented both the landlord and the tenant.
* Ilene Oren & Co. signed a five-year 2,250 s/f lease. Evan Lieberman and Mitch Cooperstock of Winoker represented the tenant.
