N.Y.C. Department of Parks and Recreation issuing RFP of Native American cuisine

In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the city, the N.Y.C. Department of Parks and Recreation (Parks) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the sale of Native American cuisine from a mobile food unit at Bowling Green. All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted no later than Friday, February 25 at 3 p.m. Hard copies of the RFP can be obtained, at no cost, through Friday, February 25, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The RFP is also available for download, commencing on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 through Friday, February 25, 2011, on Parks' website.
