Dick Conley is currently a senior VP with the Community Preservation Corp. (CPC). As a loan officer originating construction and permanent financing, he has worked with his colleagues in CPC's Bronx-Manhattan office for the past 20 years. CPC has financed the renovation or creation of over 35,000 apartments in the Bronx and upper Manhattan. Prior to joining CPC, he worked with Chase Manhattan Bank, and prior to that he was with HPD, where he worked in Planning and Renovation Finance programs. He received his BA from the University of Maine, and MS in Urban Planning from Columbia University.
He is past chairman of the Board of Bon Secours New York Health System, which operates a 350-bed long term health care facility, and 200-unit senior housing complex, in the Riverdale section of the Bronx. He currently serves on their Audit Committee. He's married to Dr. Kathleen Nolan, a marine biologist.
