Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC brokered a 10-year, 5,126 s/f lease at 192 Lexington Ave. for the offices of Shulsky Properties Inc., a building management firm. Alan Bonett of Adam's & Co. Real Estate represented the tenant while Bruce Weinberg of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.
