Nicholas of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. handles $2.3 million sale in Brooklyn

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged the $2.3 million sale of the former site of PS 59 at 535 Leonard St. in the Greenpoint section to a condominium developer, according to Neil Dolgin, executive VP. Joseph Nicholas of KDA represented both the seller, Polish Legion of American Veterans - George Washington Post #3, and the buyer, MDIM, LLC. Bill Richko and Ralf Mayer represented the seller and the buyer in-house, respectively. The property features a two-story building with cellar totaling 13,500 s/f, with 2,500 s/f courtyards on either side. An 18-unit condominium development is planned for the site. "This is a one-of-a-kind development site within walking distance to the revitalized McCarren Park area and the Nassau Ave. station of the G subway line," said Nicholas. "Nearby Nassau Ave., Bedford Ave., Manhattan Ave. and McGuinness Blvd. offer a wide variety of retail and entertainment options in this developing residential neighborhood."
