Gerage joins CBC Hunter Phoenix as managing director

Frank Gerage has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Hunter Phoenix as managing director to lead its investment sales division. In addition, Gerage will represent the N.Y. metro market for the Coldwell Banker Commercial Multi Family Group. In this capacity, he will liaise with multifamily experts from across the nation, as part of the Coldwell Banker Commercial national network.

With 11 years in real estate, his background includes overseeing the commercial division at Bond New York and starting the first "sales only" office at Citi Habitats. Prior to working in real estate, he spent 25 years in financial services as a member of the N.Y. Futures Exchange, trading Stock Index Futures.
Gerage is currently working on five exclusive agencies in the greater New York metro area, three of which are in downtown Manhattan, comprising a 2,535 s/f mixed-use building at 110 South St. with a capacity of 7,651 useable s/f; a 2,459 s/f mixed-use residential building at 184 Prince St.; and a 9,345 s/f mixed-use residential building at 488 Ninth Ave. with 5,600 s/f of air rights. In the Bronx, he is marketing a 186,000 s/f mixed-use building at 430 Southern Blvd. with 24,400 s/f of air rights. In Downtown Brooklyn, Gerage is marketing 156 Tillary St., a vacant 17,000 s/f building, with 58,500 s/f available for air rights.
