Colliers International has arranged a long-term expansion on behalf of landlord State Court Enterprises at 1375 Broadway. CPA firm Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP leased 8,000 s/f on the 14th floor, increasing its total footprint in the building to 20,000 s/f. It has existing space on the 15th floor.
An in-demand destination for some of the area's top firms, 1375 Broadway is a 450,000 s/f class A office tower located at the corner of West 37th St., close to both Madison Sq. Garden and Bryant Park.
"Raich Ende Malter had many leasing options but remained at 1375 Broadway to house its expanding workforce in a high-end, well-located building with strong ownership," said Perry Mesmer of Colliers International, who along with Marty Meyer leads the building's agency leasing team. "The landlord has done a tremendous job attracting tenants to the building, a major center of office commerce."
Other major tenants at 1375 Broadway include Omnicom Group, and Anchin, Block & Anchin LLP.
