Stonemar Properties hires TSCG to lease four southern shopping centers

Jonesboro, AR Stonemar Properties has hired The Shopping Center Group (TSCG) to represent it in leasing to national retail chains at four of its shopping centers, located in Jonesboro, Ark., Cookeville, Tenn., and Owensboro, Ky. TSCG is based in Atlanta. "TSCG has excellent connections with national chains active in the southern states and a high degree of synergy for Stonemar Properties," said Jonathan Gould, CEO of Stonemar Properties. "We feel they will contribute strongly to our success at these locations, which are comparable in quality and traffic."
