Goldman, Klau and Harris of Newmark Knight Frank negotiate 22,000 s/f lease at 745 Fifth Avenue
July 27, 2010 - Brokerage
LRN, a global organization that helps companies foster ethical corporate cultures, has expanded into 22,000 s/f at 745 Fifth Ave. Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) represented LRN on the long-term lease.
"In many ways, New York is at the center of the global discussion on how we will create a more sustainable economic future. We have long had a presence in New York City, and with our expanding presence in New York, we expect to catalyze even greater dialogue on how we can help inspire principled performance in business," said Dov Seidman, CEO of LRN. "LRN works with more than 500 companies in 120 countries around the world, helping them translate their values into concrete corporate practices and leadership behaviors that create sustainable competitive advantage. This new space will allow us to connect with our client partners in even deeper, more meaningful and more valuable ways."
This move also brings together LRN and GreenOrder, a leading "green" strategy and management consulting business acquired by LRN in 2008, into one physical space, extending the integration of the organizations and their capabilities.
NKF's Brian Goldman represented the tenant in the move, combining existing locations at 1 East 52nd St. and 205 Lexington Ave., while his colleagues Scott Klau and Erik Harris acted on behalf of the owner, The Paramount Group.
