Ed Graf and Ted Sannella of Houlihan-Parnes/ iCap Realty Advisors have arranged the acquisition of a multifamily portfolio consisting of 602 apartments. The package consists of 13 locations which include the following:
* The Glendale Apartments, a 76-unit apartment property located on 500-504 W. Main St.
* Hillside Court Apartments, a 52-unit apartment property located on 400 W. Main St.
* Dudley Court Apartments, a 51-unit apartment property located on 401 W. Main St.
* The Barteau Apartments, a 36-unit apartment property located on 15 & 21 Barteau St., Endwell.
* JFK Garden Apartments, a 144-unit apartment property located on 1013, 1025, 1037 & 1049 Southern Pine Dr., Endwell.
* The Floral Apartments II, a 34-unit apartment property on 85 Floral Ave., Johnson City.
* The Orton Apartments, an eight-unit apartment property at 52 Orton Ave., Binghamton.
* The Helen Apartments, an eight-unit apartment property located on 171 Helen St., Binghamton.
* The Arthur Apartments, a 37-unit apartment property located on 11 Arthur Ave., Binghamton.
* The Penn Manor Apartments, a 36-unit apartment property located on 76-82 Pennsylvania Ave., Binghamton.
* The Guilfoyle Apartments, a 32-unit apartment property located on 89 Park Ave., Binghamton.
* Webster Court, a 76-unit apartment property located on 3 & 5 Webster Ct., Binghamton.
The amount of sale was for $14.9 million.
The buyer was represented in the transaction by Steven Tierney of Woods, Oviatt, Gilman L.P.P.
