Rogers and O'Neill of Pyramid sell two class A offices buildings for $9m

According to Pyramid Brokerage Co., a Cushman & Wakefield alliance member, the sale of two class A office buildings has been completed. Known as Basin Tech Centre, the property consists of 82,873 s/f. The buildings were sold to the Polisseni Family Limited Partnership for $9 million. John Rogers of the Rochester office represented the seller and Daniel O'Neill, SIOR, of the Rochester office represented the buyer.
