Davoli and Lischak of Pyramid place $1 million sale

Pyramid Brokerage Company has sold the former Sam Dell Jeep property, located at 7800 Brewerton Rd. Northern Properties purchased the 27,284 s/f property from Route 11 LLC as an investment for $1 million. Carmen Davoli and Tom Lischak of Pyramid brokered the sale.
