Buffalo, NY According to Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc., Jack Phillips, principal, has successfully secured a permanent first mortgage to refinance the existing debt on a restored mixed-use property. This historic building has been redeveloped to feature a mix of residential, retail, and office space. Its transformation has contributed to the revitalization of the surrounding area.
