The firm will occupy the entire 12th floor of the fully redeveloped 450,000 s/f workplace, which features newly renovated and reimagined lobbies, a full suite of amenities, and a high-end prebuilt offering in the heart of Midtown South.
This transaction represents Optiver’s first long-term office lease in New York City and marks a significant commitment to the company’s continued growth in the state and across the United States.

Optiver will occupy space that was prebuilt by BXP and designed by Spectorgroup.
