Manhattan, NY Matthew Olden and William Abramson, Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group, LLC represented the landlord in a 1,727 s/f lease 195 Bleecker St. Copper Branch’s new space will include 775 s/f retail and a 950 s/f basement. Ravi Idnani of RKF represented the tenant.
