Oestreicher handled an 8,000 s/f gut renovation throughout the 13th floor, providing general contracting and construction management services. The project was completed on a rush schedule, 16 weeks of construction work was completed in only 10 weeks.
The building, located in the heart of New York City, has allowed Fordham the ability to continue to expand its presence in the area and provide top tier education opportunities for its students as well as premier technologically advanced space for its faculty.
