New Urban Residential appoints Gubiotti president

Manhattan, NY New Urban Residential, which operates multifamily rental properties nationally as an affiliate of Spruce Properties, has appointed of Stephanie Gubiotti as president. Gubiotti will oversee the company’s management operations and continued national growth. 

The appointment of Gubiotti follows the strategic partnership between New Urban Residential and Spruce Properties. Spruce Capital Partners, the parent company of Spruce Properties and S3 Capital, is a privately held New York-based real estate investment company. New Urban Residential, which is now headquartered in New York City, with regional offices in Raleigh, NC, and Kansas City, MO, has expertise in asset management, property management and executing capital projects. 

Gubiotti brings experience in the multifamily housing industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and implementing innovative strategies. Her leadership will advance New Urban Residential’s mission to redefine urban living by creating modern, connected communities.

New Urban Residential and Spruce Properties manage a portfolio of more than 4,500 rental units across Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The companies are acknowledged for creating value for investors at existing properties while partnering on new acquisitions.
