NAI Friedland's retail division has closed five leases totaling 8,700 s/f. The deals include the following: * The lease of 1,500 s/f at 15 East 167th St. Executive vice president Robin Herko and retail specialist David Scotto brokered the deal between 15 E. 167th St. Realty (landlord) and Little Caesars Pizza (tenant). Herko and Scotto represented both the landlord and the tenant. * The lease of 2,800 s/f at 925 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers. Herko and Scotto brokered the deal between 929 Holding Corp. (landlord) and Car Doctors of Westchester (tenant). Herko and Scotto represented both the landlord and the tenant. * The lease of 1,700 s/f at 49 East Prospect Ave., Mount Vernon. Herko, executive vice president Steve Lorenzo, retail specialist John Joseph Rivera and Scotto brokered the deal between Urban American (landlord) and Little Caesars (tenant). Herko and Scotto represented the tenant. Lorenzo and Rivera represented the landlord. * The lease of 1,200 s/f at 1384 Boston Rd. Lorenzo and Rivera brokered the deal between 1394 B.P.R. Realty Corp. (landlord) and Crotona Pharmacy Corp. (tenant). Lorenzo and Rivera represented both the landlord and the tenant. * The lease of 1,500 s/f at Cross Bronx Plaza - 961 East 174th St. Herko and Scotto brokered the deal between Ashkenazy Acquisitions Corp. (landlord) and Little Caesar's Pizza (tenant). Herko and Scotto represented both the landlord and the tenant.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
