Moskovic of Katz & Associates leases 14,100 s/f to NAPA
Queens, NY According to Katz & Associates, NAPA Auto Parts leased 14,100 s/f in the newly constructed mixed-use building located at 1973 38th St., on the corner of 20th Ave. & Steinway St. in Astoria. The location serves as a retail, wholesale and distribution facility for NAPA.
Donny Moskovic of Katz & Associates represented NAPA Auto Parts and Joe Italiaander and Mark Tergesen of ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC represented the landlord.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
