
Austin, TX Perry Miceli, principal at Largo Capital, Inc. secured a permanent first mortgage to refinance the existing debt on a three-property office portfolio. The portfolio features over 80,000 s/f of professional as well as medical space and is located along Interstate 35.
In a market where office financing is scarce, Miceli was able to utilize one of Largo’s correspondent Life Insurance Company lenders to arrange a fixed rate loan at a sub-7% interest rate. Largo will service this loan in-house, adding to its $4 billion loan portfolio.
