Richard Silver, president of American Pipe & Tank Lining Co., Inc., supports The Greater New York Chapter of IREM as an industry partner.
A family owned and operated business, American has been servicing the New York real estate community for over a century. Silver is a mechanical engineer and a master plumber. He is a member of ASSE/ASPE (American Society of Sanitary Engineers/American Society of Plumbing Engineers); BOMA; NAPE (National Association of Power Engineers); Real Estate Board of New York; Resident Managers Association; New York Building Managers & in keeping with his love of all things aquatic, he is a United States Coast Guard Licensed Charter Boat Captain.
