Levy of Adams & Co. represents buyer and seller in 8,763 s/f lease

Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered a 10 year, 8,763 s/f lease at 463 Seventh Ave., for I. Spiewak & Sons, Inc. The space will be used for general and executive offices and showroom purposes. David Levy of Adams & Co. represented both the landlord while Michael Burgio of Cushman &Wakefield represented the tenant. Although details of the lease were undisclosed, the asking price for the space was $44 per s/f. The 22 story building, located near Penn Station, has 24/7 access and security in addition to newly-renovated elevators and windows.
