Lee & Associates arranges full-building industrial lease

Edison, NJ Lee & Associates – WBE New Jersey office has arranged an 88,620 s/f, full-building industrial lease for a client in the freight forwarding and logistics services industry at 117 Sunfield Avenue, within Raritan Center. The commercial real estate firm’s Claudia Ganas, Monica Franco and Ana Carolina DeAraujo served as tenant brokers. Summit Associates Inc., proprietor of the Edison property, was represented internally by Vincent Visceglia, vice president.
