Largo Capital secures $6.1 million in acquisition financing for grocery-anchored property in Orlando, FL

Orlando, FL Benjamin Blanton, vice president of Originations at Largo Capital, arranged $6.1 million in non-recourse acquisition financing for a grocery-anchored retail property.

The asset, totaling 62,460 rentable s/f, is currently 97% occupied with a mix of national, regional, and local tenants. The lender was able to lock rate at application which allowed the sponsor to take advantage of low, fixed-rate financing prior to the recent run-up in Treasuries.
