LaDuke of CBRE Upstate NY earns SIOR designation

Syracuse, NY Cory LaDuke of CBRE Upstate NY has earned the SIOR designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

LaDuke is a licensed associate real estate broker with nine years of experience advising business owners and investors across Upstate New York with their commercial real estate needs. LaDuke is also a board member with Launch CNY, a nonprofit providing individualized services to people with learning challenges.

To achieve the SIOR designation, LaDuke completed over five years of creditable experience in the field of office real estate; met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and requires designees to complete its ethics course within their first three years of membership.

“As an SIOR member since 1990, I can attest that this is a well-deserved recognition of Cory’s dedication to his craft and the professionalism he provides each of his clients and colleagues,” said Richard Sleasman, president of CBRE Upstate NY.

“Cory has been a tremendous addition to our brokerage team serving Central New York and his pursuit of the SIOR designation is a symbol of the dedicated service and high standard we aim to provide our clients,” said Darby Fishkin, chief operating officer of CBRE Upstate NY.

SIOR is a Washington, DC-based international professional organization of more than 3,900 commercial real estate professionals whom have earned the coveted SIOR designation.

CBRE Upstate NY now has a total of seven professionals with the SIOR designation among its advisory and transaction services team.
