Koeppel Rosen signs Ardoq to 7,629 s/f office

Manhattan, NY Koeppel Rosen LLC said that Ardoq, Inc. has signed a new, 7,629 s/f office lease for the entire second floor of 443 Park Ave. South.

“We welcome Ardoq to 443 Park Ave. South. The company was attracted to the fully built-out and furnished space, which allowed for a quick and seamless move-in,” said Max Koeppel, director of leasing at Koeppel Rosen.

Ownership was represented in house by Koeppel, while Ardoq was represented by Hannah Gerard and Jason Pollen of CBRE.  

Built in 1910, 443 Park Avenue South features a recently renovated lobby, ground floor retail space and 24-hour access. The roster of tenants leasing space at 443 Park Avenue South includes Comme des Garcons, Massanois, and Lucien Pages. Koeppel Rosen recently signed more than 10,000 s/f in lease extensions and expansions for Liftoff, Joe Coffee Company, and David Smotrich & Partners. The  building is near a variety of mass transit lines and offers proximity to Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station. 

Ardoq is a centralized cloud data platform that helps companies organize data about business strategy, projects, processes, software systems, data integrations, infrastructure, and more. The global software as a service (SaaS) company relocated from across the street at 460 Park Ave. South.
