Katz & Associates’ Greenberg represents Hoboken Theaters in $13 million sale

Hoboken, NJ Katz & Associates’ Jonathan Greenberg represented Hoboken Theaters LLC in the sale of the 20,000 s/f former Bow Tie Cinemas to Hoboken Grace Community Church for $13 million. Grace Church will be using the site at 409 14th Rd. as their new headquarters and community center for services, concerts, school graduations, and other activities. It is anticipated to open later this year. JLL’s Jon Compitello and Dan Spero represented Hoboken Grace Community Church in the transaction.

“Hoboken Grace has been a fixture for a long time and had been looking for a more permanent home, said Jonathan Greenberg, director, Katz & Associates. “The theater’s closing during the pandemic provided a good opportunity for Grace Church to take the space. It will be an asset to the community.”
