JRM Construction Management completes renovation of proponent Federal Credit Union in NJ

Nutley, NJ JRM Construction Management has completed the full renovation of Proponent Federal Credit Union and transformed the existing one-story commercial building into a 5,000 s/f premier loan center for one of the largest credit unions in New Jersey. The property is located at 173 Bloomfield Ave. 

JRM worked closely with Sionas Architecture, KEA Engineers and Petry Engineering LLC in the complete interior renovation of the existing structure, demolition of the previous structure, new ground-up addition and complete renovation of the existing lot, including new underground structures tied to the city infrastructure. The renovation helped to facilitate the branch’s new loan center and brand new parking lot as well. 

“We were able to deliver a premier high-quality property upon completion of this renovation and building transformation,” said Marc Reissman, executive vice president, JRM. “Our team operated alongside talented architects and engineers to successfully create this new branch office in a competitive environment.” 

The building facade features a unique facade made out of curved metal panels, open spaces with glass demountable partitions and new mechanical, electrical and sprinkler systems.
