James of NorthMarq Capital secures $1.406 million through Sun Life Assurance
Michael James, VP of NorthMarq Capital's Upstate Regional office, arranged first mortgage financing in the amount of $1.406 million for a Walgreens Pharmacy located at 3564 Delaware Ave. at Sheridan Dr. The subject property consists of 14,550 s/f of retail space. Financing was arranged on behalf of the borrower by NorthMarq through it's correspondent relationship with Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada.
