Island Associates lease 3,000 s/f to Breakfast Station

Brooksville, FL Island Associates successfully negotiated a lease agreement for retail space at Sunrise Plaza. Breakfast Station entered a long term lease agreement for 3,000 s/f of retail space at 31180 Cortez Blvd. 

This site is the 14th site for Breakfast Station, who is doing a gut renovation of the space and constructing a new restaurant specializing in breakfast, brunch and lunch to service the Brooksville area. Breakfast Station is planning on having their grand opening in early June. Breakfast Station joins co-tenants Winn Dixie Supermarkets, Beef O’Brady Restaurant, Access Health Care, River Ridge Animal Clinic, Jericho Road Thrift Store, Any Time Fitness.
