IREM NYC hosts Sporting Clays fundraiser October 1st

New York, NY IREM NYC’s third annual clay shoot will benefit SHAREing & CAREing. Join IREM NYC on Friday, October 1st for a fun day of clay shooting for a most worthy cause. One hundred percent of the net proceeds of this event will be donated directly to SHAREing & CAREing.

SHAREing & CAREing was founded in 1994 to address the needs of cancer patients and their families in Queens County and throughout the city. They are the only not-for-profit working with all members of the community—regardless of insurance status—to provide education on prevention and wellness; links to cancer treatment;  assistance with practical needs and ongoing counselling support. All services are free of charge.

SHAREing and CAREing works in the community to keep people informed and their doors are open to anyone in need. In the last five years, SHAREing & CAREing has provided vital services to 2,500+ people; one-on-one counseling to 450+ patients and families and educational outreach to over 23,000 people.
