Henry Hudson Housing Assocs. breaks ground on 136-unit apartment complex - $15.7 million project
The groundbreaking has started on a 136-unit low-income housing complex to be named the Village Green Apartments. The project is expected to be concluded in June 2009.
The $15.7 million project is being built on the former site of the Henry Hudson Townhomes, located on 35 Hudson Ave. The developers are Henry Hudson Housing Associates LLC, which consists of Evergreen Partners and Marathon Development Group Ltd. Foit-Albert Associates Architecture Engineering and Surveying P.C. designed the complex and the NYS Housing Finance Agency arranged the financing.
