Gold of Largo completes $4.641m in construction and permanent financing for Quebec Super 8 Hotel

St. Jerome, QC Harley Gold, account executive for Largo Capital Limited, arranged construction and permanent financing in the amount of $4.641 million for a Super 8 Hotel. Built in 2007, the subject property is a three-story, 80-room limited service hotel situated on 2.3 acres of fee owned land. Gold secured a five-year floating rate loan. The first 12 months will be interest only and a 25-year amortization schedule thereafter.
