GHP Office Realty sells two flex/office buildings for $9.4 million

Orangeburg, NY Andrew Greenspan and Brendan Hickey of GHP Office Realty, LLC have completed the sale of an 81,505 s/f, two building flex/office property located at 30 & 40 Ramland Rd. for $9.4 million. The property is 90% occupied with 11 tenants in varying industries. Each building is equipped with multiple drive-in doors, passenger elevators and newly renovated common areas. The property is situated on over 10 acres and boasts over 240 parking spaces. 

The property was purchased by a Rockland County based real estate investor with a focus on office and industrial properties. The seller was represented by Elizabeth Smith of Goldberg Weprin Finkel Goldstein, LLP. The purchaser was represented by Adam Kurland, Esq. and by Steven Yassky of Rockland Realty Commercial Real Estate Services.
