GFP leases 12,385 s/f at 40 Exchange Pl.

Manhattan, NY GFP Real Estate signed three lease renewals totaling 12,385 s/f at 40 Exchange Place in the Financial District.

Allen Gurevich, senior managing director and Matthew Colavita, director of GFP Real Estate, represented the owner, GFP Real Estate, and the tenants in each of the direct transactions. Although the terms of the deals were not disclosed, asking rents at the building are $45 per sf/.

Mobilo, a tech firm that offers a “smart” business card that allows users to simply tap and share their contact details, gather leads and connect to over 3,000 apps and CRM tools, signed a short-term lease for 6,000 s/f on the 13^th floor.  Mobilio first moved into the building in October 2022.

Loyalkaspar, Inc., a creative branding agency, signed a two-year lease extension for its 5,725 s/f space on the 15^th floor of the building. Loyalkaspar first moved into the building in September 2019.

Z&Li Wellness Acupuncture, PLLC signed a five-year lease renewal for its 660 s/f space on the 17^th floor. Z&Li first moved into the building in August 2018.
