Woodbridge, NJ Kyle Gerace has been elevated to the position of vice president at commercial real estate brokerage firm NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB), where he has been instrumental to strengthening the firm’s standing as a market leader. Since joining the firm in 2020, the Hudson County resident has mastered and navigated New Jersey’s commercial real estate market with agility, developing lasting client relationships.
A consistent top performer, Gerace has earned a place among NAIDB’s top-three producers for two consecutive years. Further solidifying his impact, he was recognized as a leading leasing broker in the Mid-Atlantic Region last year.
“Kyle’s contributions to NAIDB and the industry stem from his focus, determination and teamwork,” said David Simon, SIOR, NAIDB COO. “His understanding of nuances within the markets he covers has helped him achieve excellent results for the companies he represents.”
Upon graduation from Rutgers, where he was a pitching standout on the baseball team, Gerace immediately immersed himself in the commercial real estate brokerage profession, learning the complexities of sales and leasing. After joining NAIDB, Gerace quickly adapted to the firm’s team-oriented, client-centric approach to each transaction. In addition to sharp analytical skills and tenacity, his ability to absorb market knowledge accelerated his rise within Central New Jersey’s highly competitive commercial real estate market.
During the past two years, Gerace has arranged the off-market $19.5 million sale of a 6.5-acre, 38,000 s/f industrial property in New Brunswick and being named as part of NAIDB’s exclusive leasing broker team at the same warehouse/logistics property; orchestrating the $7.25 million sale of an industrial building occupying 1.6 acres in Middlesex County; and exclusively representing the landlord and procuring the buyer in the $8.2 million sale of a five-acre industrial property in Piscataway. He also was part of the NAIDB team that helped facilitate the sale of a 30,000 s/f Essex County industrial property to a global bakery, coffee and tea brand.
“In this business, I’ve learned it is crucial to be open to coaching, mentorship and creative thinking – all of which have been encouraged and supported since I arrived at NAIDB as a trainee,” said Gerace. “I look forward to continuing to serve my clients with the highest level of attention, professionalism and expertise.”
