Georgica Green Ventures holds ribbon cutting for Highgarden Tower

New Rochelle, NY Housing development firm Georgica Green Ventures, LLC hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for Highgarden Tower, a new affordable housing development. The event, held in partnership with the City of New Rochelle, Westchester County, New York State, and RXR, was held at 11 Garden St.

Highgarden Tower is the city’s first 100% affordable housing development with 219-rental apartments and on-site support services offered through non-profit partner New Destiny Housing.

Highgarden Tower is part of the city’s ongoing commitment to expanding affordable housing options and fostering a diverse and inclusive community. The ceremony featured remarks from city officials and project leaders, followed by a ribbon cutting. Media attendees had the opportunity to tour the building, conduct interviews and capture photos and videos of the event and building.
