GCP Capital Group arranges $80.9 million for seven deals

New York, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the aggregate amount of $80.9 million for the following seven deals:

• $51 million combined financing for a portfolio of five individual garden complex/multifamily rental properties containing a total of 363 apartments, located throughout Suffolk County.  Matthew Albano, senior broker of GCP, arranged the financing for this portfolio.

• $9.5 million in combined financing for a portfolio of six multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 138 apartments and one commercial space, located throughout Jersey City, N.K.  Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.   

• $5.9 million for the 119 unsold units located within a six-story cooperative apartment building containing 207 total units, located in Yonkers. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $5.5 million for a three-story office building comprised of 200,000 gross s/f, located in White Plains.  Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $3.4 million for two three-story garden apartment buildings containing a total of 28 units, located in Long Beach, Nassau County. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $3.3 million combined financing for 2 two-story apartment buildings containing a total of 26 units, located in Bayshore, Suffolk County. Classi arranged the financing.

• $2.3 million for a neighborhood strip shopping center comprised of 17,200 s/f, located in Patchogue, Suffolk County.  George Spanos, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.
