GCP Capital Group arranges 11 mortgages totaling $141.599 million

New York, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing totaling $141.599 million for the following 11 deals:

• $44 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 33 units and 12,500 s/f of commercial space on East 86th St. in Manhattan. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.  

• $16.511 million for a four-story multifamily apartment building containing 58 units in the Cobble Hill section of Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing.  

• $14 million for a five-story multifamily apartment building containing 94 units, located on East 134th St. in the Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing.  

• $11.25 million for a seven-story multifamily apartment building containing 130 apartments, located on Webster Ave. in the Bronx. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $10.238 million for a newly developed, seven-story multifamily apartment building containing 12 units in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn.  Matthew Albano, managing director of GCP, arranged the financing. 

• $10.25 million for a nine-story multifamily apartment building containing 120 units in the Highbridge section of the Bronx. Alan Perlmutter arranged the financing.

• $10 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 76 units in the Fordham Heights section of the Bronx. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing. 

• $8.15 million for a five-story multifamily apartment building containing six units and 4,600 s/f of commercial space on Broadway in Manhattan. David Sessa, managing director, and Louis Perlmutter, senior broker of GCP, arranged the financing. 

• $7.9 million for three contiguous multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 57 units and 4,600 s/f of commercial space, located on Amsterdam Ave. in Manhattan.  Brostovski arranged the financing. 

• $5 million for two adjacent multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 12 units and 2,500 s/f of ground floor commercial space on Thompson St. in Manhattan.  Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. 

• $4.3 million combined financing for two three-story multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 12 apartments, located in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn. Albano arranged the financing.
