Brooklyn, NY Friedman-Roth Realty Services have completed four sales totaling $11.185 million:

• A mixed-use building at 751 Dawson St.: The five-story walk-up, located at the corner of East 156th St., contains 18 apartments and two stores. The building has 65 ft. of frontage and contains a total of 23,032 s/f. The selling price was $3.51 million. The seller was represented by Joshua Banilivy while the purchaser was procured by Mark Singer. 

• A commercial building located at 213 Bond St.: The building, in the Gowanus neighborhood situated between Baltic and Butler Sts., is a four-story building constructed in 2008. The building encompasses 4,100 s/f, not including two outdoor terraces. The selling price was $1.125 million. George Niblock, exclusively represented the seller while the purchaser was procured by Singer.

• A Bronx three-family building at 1330 Chisholm St.: Located in the Claremont neighborhood, the three-story building was fully occupied at closing and has a total of 3,240 s/f. The property sold for $550,000. Singer represented buyer and seller.

• A Brooklyn Heights elevator building at 107 Montague St.: The five-story building between Henry and Hicks Sts., contains nine residential units and a ground floor retail store. The building encompasses 9,000 s/f and sold for $6 million. Niblock and Jim Mann brokers involved in this transaction. The seller was represented by the Law Offices of Michael Marino while the purchaser was represented by Goldberg, Weprin & Ustin LLP.
