Finn and Rupprecht of CBRE Syracuse sell 5,300 s/f for $1.435 million

Lockport, NY CBRE Syracuse sold a 5,300 s/f bank branch and leased 2,400 s/f of office space in separate transactions.

Michael Finn, CCIM and Mark Rupprecht, CCIM of CBRE Syracuse exclusively represented the owner in the sale of 5741 South Transit Rd. (M&T Bank). The property, a 5,300 s/f building on a .19 acre lot, was purchased for $1.435 million by Plaza Group 189, LLC.

Donald French of CBRE Syracuse leased a 2,400 s/f office space in East Syracuse to Ducks Unlimited, Inc. The entire building size is 22,280 s/f and is located at 159 Dwight Park Circle.
