Fetner Properties and Lions Group top out 365-unit skyscraper - The Italic

Queens, NY Fetner Properties and Lions Group celebrated the topping out at 26-32 Jackson Ave., a 50-story residential skyscraper named The Italic in Long Island City. Designed by SLCE Architects, the 526-ft.-tall structure will create 365 units, which will be a mix of market-rate and affordable apartments.

Hunter Roberts Construction Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located between Dutch Kills St. and an elevated roadway of the Queensboro Bridge to the northeast, and Purves St. to the southwest.
