Feldman joins Katz & Associates

Boca Raton, FL According to Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, Zach Feldman is joining Katz & Associates. Feldman is joining Katz’s Boca Raton office as a senior director working on tenant and landlord representation.

Feldman has been a commercial real estate broker for the past 13 years. Prior to joining Katz, Feldman spent seven years at Konover South where he oversaw the firm’s portfolio – from retail development to stabilized assets – totaling 1.4 million s/f, as well tenant representation and third-party landlord representation.

Feldman is adept at sourcing land parcels and working with developers to pre-lease the retail project. He shares that taking a project from a piece of land and developing the retail mix is one of his favorite parts of commercial real estate.

Feldman has experience in both landlord and tenant representation. He has completed transactions with well-known retailers, including: 7-Eleven, Aldi, Chase Bank, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Dunkin Donuts, Fifth Third Bank, Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders, KFC, Publix, Planet Fitness, Sprouts, Heartland Dental, TD Bank, Starbucks, Orange Theory, Taco Bell, and Wendy’s.

Feldman graduated Summa Cum Laude with high academic distinction from Florida Atlantic University where he dual majored in finance and real estate within the College of Business. He has been recognized as a Costar Power Broker award winner for several years, and he is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
