Empire Commercial Construction nears completion of new 1,600 s/f Tim Hortons restaurant site

Hornell, NY Empire Commercial Construction is well underway with the construction contract for Tim Hortons. Empire partnered with RBI franchisee and regional developer, TAR Holdings out of Jamestown, as well as Mosure LLC and MS Consultants for all architecture and engineering of the 1,600 s/f restaurant at 111 Seneca St. Completion is expected this month.

“This new relationship with RBI and Tim Hortons continues to build-upon our extensive fast-food and restaurant construction experience,” said Empire president, Jayne Penepent. “We look forward to successfully delivering this and future locations, as they continue their growth of the historic Canadian brand throughout North America.”

Demolition of an old medical office building and the parking lot surrounding it at 111 Seneca St. parcel, cleared the way for the new 1,600 s/f building offering a single drive-thru and sit-in dining.

Not new to the fast-food restaurant world, Empire has completed dozens of locations throughout Upstate New York for both regional, national and international brands. This will be the second RBI location currently under construction, with a new Firehouse Subs location underway in the Town of Greece, New York.
