Empire Commercial Const. completes 41,800 s/f Pfisterer Corporate Group project

Gates, NY Empire Commercial Construction completed the construction contract for Pfisterer Corporate Group. Empire partnered with Greater Living Architecture for design requirements, as well as Douglas Electric for extensive cabling requirements in the 41,800 s/f manufacturing and office space at 2292 Innovation Way within the Rochester Tech Park, located at the corner of Buffalo and Elmgrove Rds.

“Empire is proud to build a relationship with Pfisterer, helping to deliver a reimagined manufacturing space for their expansion into the United States,” said Empire president, Jayne Penepent. “The location is designed to meet the unique needs specific to Pfisterer and their ability to further grow within energy transmission and distribution markets around the world.”

The updated Pfisterer location allows for further expansion within the United States with the Rochester location being the center of distribution and manufacturing for the North American markets.
