LEVEL’s 554 units – a mix of studios, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments – feature stainless steel appliances, glass cabinetry, smoked walnut flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows with custom solar shades. The building’s refined interiors were composed by Andi Pepper.

Residents of LEVEL will enjoy a lobby that overlooks a landscaped courtyard and reflecting pool; an indoor-outdoor swimming pool on the ninth floor with views of the Manhattan skyline; a terrace lounge with fireplace; and a club lounge with demonstration kitchen.

“With every new project, our team goes above and beyond to build a community within our properties and offer future residents the best in apartment finishes and building amenities,” said Jeffrey Levine, chairman of Douglaston Development. “This mentality has enabled us to transform the Williamsburg waterfront into the highly sought after residential area it is today.”

Additionally, the property will offer a roof deck, whirlpool, steam room, fitness center, yoga room, children’s play space and barbecue grills. Services will include a 24-hour concierge and valet to coordinate dry cleaning, housekeeping and dog walking. Residents will also have access to onsite bicycle storage and parking.

Situated between Kent Ave. and the East River in North Williamsburg, LEVEL sits adjacent to the East River Ferry pier and is located close to the MTA’s L train subway stop. During the L train disruption, residents will benefit from the expanded citywide ferry service and complimentary shuttle service to the Greenpoint G and Marcy Ave J, M, and Z subways. The property is also within walking distance to the neighborhood’s popular dining and nightlife spots, the East River Park and the iconic Smorgasburg weekend market.
