Douglas Elliman Property Mgmt. named manager at The Centurion

Douglas Elliman Property Management, one of the leading residential real estate management firms in the New York metropolitan area, has been named property manager for The Centurion, the only ground up residential condominium project in New York City designed by internationally renowned Pei Partnership with I.M. Pei. Douglas Elliman Property Management will handle all management duties at The Centurion including concierge staff training, expanding services for residents and generally assisting in making the luxury building the best place to live. "We bring the expertise of managing very high-end luxury buildings, coupled with our experience in working with relatively new buildings," said John Janangelo, executive vice president of Douglas Elliman Property Management. "We value the importance of handling special requirements of tenants and strive to make their living experience a positive one." Located at 33 West 56th St. off Fifth Ave. in Midtown Manhattan, The Centurion is a 17-story luxury condominium building containing 48 opulent residences, each designed with its own unique and distinct floor plan. Douglas Elliman Property Management was appointed by the board of managers of The Centurion Condominium. "Douglas Elliman is a market leader in New York City and we look forward to working with another branch of the reputable business," said board president Julius Schwarz.
