Delisle of Island Associates closes purchase and sale of shopping center

Dunnellon, FL Roger Delisle of Island Associates Real Estate Inc. successfully negotiated and closed the purchase and sale of the shopping center located at 11223 N. Williams Street, for a purchase price of $7.3 million. The 5.35+ acre site is an Aldi anchored shopping center improved with a 48,509+/- s/f building which is 100% occupied. The shopping center is anchored by Aldi Supermarket and Dollar Tree, and its tenancies include Kidney Care medical facility, H&R Block, Dunnellon Coffee Co., Dunnellon Dentistry, as well as various other local businesses.

Dunnellon Plaza was constructed in the mid 1990s and recently renovated, including $2.5 million of façade and roof renovations performed by seller. The shopping center is located in an expanding community in the West Central Florida region. The purchasers are shopping center owners and developers with holdings in New York, Charleston, and Florida markets. The purchaser was represented by Roger Delisle of Island Associates, and the seller was represented by Jim Shiebler of CBRE.
